Medical Non-profit CEOs raking in millions...

Healthcare CEOs making millions while the providers see little increases. Though I am a capitalist I admit that it isn't a perfect system, the following statement illustrates one weakness:

"Kaiser Permanente sets senior management compensation levels that allow us to successfully attract and retain the leadership it needs to deliver affordable, high-quality health care to our members and improve the health of the communities we serve."

Basically you have to overpay someone too figure out how to pay everyone else less. Their bonuses are literally tied to how much more work and efficiency can be squeezed out of the providers and staff. Is it truly affordable and high quality? Or are we sacrificing some quality as long as we meet the metric?
